The stay here during our vacation was great! 🌟 The hotel is in a really convenient location, super close to the mall.

We had to have the floor in our bathroom tiled and needed to stay off the floor for 24 hours. It was nice to stay at your hotel. We had the convenience of home and allowed our floor to dry. If we need a hotel in the future we will come back.

It was where we needed to be and once the initial hassle of checking in was over, the hotel did their best to be accommodating.

The hotel claimed not to have our booking on arrival! A quick call to the fantastic customer care team at Booked.net showed that they did indeed have our reservation and the hotel had overbooked themselves and were trying to resolve this by denying our reservation. Realising I had caught the hotel out, they quickly found us a room and some other poor soul got moved out.

The food here is good and decent, we would definitely return.

Although probably one of the older hotels in Hopewell, with outside room entrance, the room was very clean, had fridge, microwave, coffee maker, all the conveniences necessary. The staff was excellent, breakfast was served every morning. Their prices were the best of any in the near area.

Staff responded to every request. First room smelled stale, and felt dirty, smeared mirror and just a sense that it wasn't clean. Staff moved us and the smell was gone. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows

Magnificent location, stocked, large room. Clean bathroom with a bathtub; helpful and excellent staff. Location not far from the Civil War sites in the area, stores, and restaurants and grocery store. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

It was near the Army post. That is it.

There was nothing I liked about the stay. I was supposed to stay for two weeks, had to leave the next day. The other person in my group their room was a bad as mine. Broken dresser, broken table, dirty floor and walls. Kitchen had no dishes, cutlery, pots, pans nothing. What is the point of having the kitchen. There was also opened food left in the cabinets. I would not recommned anyone stay there.

This place has a great location nearby good restaurant options, stores, and it's clean and modern; the staff is friendly and helpful.

The building is nice, the room is tidy. The bed was extremely comfy and the shower was nice. Thanks very much all for the excellent stay during our 8 day vacation.
